In this role, you will assist clients facing challenging circumstances by providing emotional support and crisis intervention. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized safety plans, and manage cases to ensure clients receive the resources they need. Your advocacy will extend to navigating legal systems and providing a safe emotional space for clients to heal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver emotional support and crisis intervention to clients

• Manage case responsibilities and client assessments

• Develop safety plans considering child safety needs

• Maintain detailed records and client documentation

• Advocate in the legal system for client rights

Requirements:

• Degree in human services or related field plus 1 year experience

• Proven skills in advocacy and conflict resolution

• Strong communication and active listening abilities

• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate preferred

• Reliable vehicle access is an asset
