This full-time role involves conducting comprehensive intake assessments and guiding clients through their employment journey. Apply your counselling-informed communication skills to build trust and aid clients in accessing vital services tailored to their needs. You’ll also be engaging in community outreach and utilizing your expertise to improve referral pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess employment history and barriers through individual meetings

• Create customized Employment Action Plans for clients

• Facilitate workshops and information sessions for groups

• Maintain up-to-date records in online management systems

• Coordinate community outreach initiatives to boost access

Requirements:

• Education in career development or related field highly preferred

• At least two years of relevant experience required

• Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary

• Proven track record in a target-driven environment

• Familiarity with case management systems is an asset
