• Provide direct consultations and case management to residents

• Maintain accurate case notes and document progress

• Represent Gateway at community meetings and discussions

Requirements:

• 2 years of college social services education or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health or addictions

• Strong knowledge of community resources and supports

• Certification in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention

• Clean criminal records check and Hostel Standards Training
