As a Youth Worker, you will support individuals facing complex situations and provide crisis intervention to ensure safety and well-being. This position requires a solid background in youth support or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of youth needs

• Create and maintain safety plans for individuals

• Provide care and support during nightly routines

• Act as an advocate for youth within the community

• Use surveillance tools to monitor safety effectively

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in youth work

• At least two years’ experience in related settings

• Familiarity with youth care issues and community resources

• First Aid and CPR training are assets

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
