In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in the Explore phase of the Integrated Employment Services client journey. Conduct evaluations to understand clients’ careers, interests, and barriers. Support community outreach activities to foster connections and enhance service accessibility while employing your knowledge of labor market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized client assessments to identify needs

• Develop and document tailored Employment Action Plans

• Facilitate client workshops and follow-up communication

• Deliver off-site services to enhance community connections

• Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and auditing

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline preferred

• Minimum two years' experience in employment services necessary

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Proficient in technology and case management systems
