Responsibilities include coordinating tenant services, developing Support/Goal Plans, and facilitating community engagement among residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tenant housing searches and arrangements

• Develop personalized Support/Goal Plans with clients

• Lead community meetings for active tenant involvement

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment

• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Services or related field

• 3 years experience in social service/support settings

• Excellent crisis resolution and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client dignity
