As a key member of Community Mediation Services, you will report to the Director of Legal Services while managing casework and supporting volunteer mediators. The position involves conducting mediations and collaborating on program improvements to meet community needs effectively. Your work will focus on outreach and developing partnerships to expand mediation services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records
• Facilitate community mediation sessions and outreach efforts
• Support the training and supervision of volunteers
• Collaborate in creating and enhancing program materials
• Participate in community services planning and supervision meetings
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in alternative dispute resolution
• Proven skills in community mediation practices
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings
• Ability to work from multiple Toronto locations
