Position: Employer Liaison at VPI Employment Services
Become a key player at VPI Employment Services as a full-time Employer Liaison in Mississauga. Use your interpersonal skills to connect job seekers with employers and ensure successful placements.

As a hybrid-remote Employer Liaison, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of Employment Ontario services while developing relationships with employers.

Your role will involve advocating for diverse clients’ skills and facilitating their employment pathways. Engaging with both job seekers and employers, you will manage outreach, employer events, and maintain case accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop connections with employers to match occupational goals

• Promote clients' skills, focusing on diverse backgrounds

• Organize job fairs and employer engagement initiatives

• Maintain accurate profiles and documentation for clients

• Meet all monthly performance and financial targets

Requirements:

• Background in job development or employment counselling

• Strong advocacy and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, with effective multitasking capabilities

• Knowledge of current labour market trends

• Empathetic approach to client support
