In this contract position, you'll utilize your experience in youth settlement services while providing essential support for newcomer youth.
Your role involves strategizing outreach initiatives and actively collaborating with community organizations to bridge gaps and enhance client access to services. This position specifically targets at-risk youth to ensure they receive tailored guidance and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide educational and employment resource guidance
• Organize events to strengthen youth networks
• Develop outreach strategies for service promotion
• Work in partnership with schools and community groups
• Document client progress and outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Minimum of two years in settlement services
• Strong insight into community resources in Toronto
• Excellent time-management skills
• Available for occasional evenings and weekends
