The College of Early Childhood Educators seeks a Bilingual Investigator to ensure high-quality early learning through investigations. This full-time position requires expertise in both English and French.
You will play a vital role in the College by investigating complaints, developing plans, and conducting interviews. With 1 to 3 years’ experience in the regulatory sector, you will be well-equipped to identify issues and document your findings comprehensively. Your skills in communication and analysis are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough investigations into various complaints
• Analyze information and documentation relevant to cases
• Identify and locate witnesses and required information
• Document all verbal and written communications thoroughly
• Provide testimony in disciplinary hearings as needed
Requirements:
• Completion of a two or three-year college program
• Bilingual in French and English at Level C1, CEFRL
• Familiarity with the Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Resilience and tact in dealing with sensitive cases
