Join CAMH as a full-time Social Worker 2, providing critical services to the LGBTQ2S populations. This role combines direct clinical care with research and educational initiatives.
In the Concurrent Outpatient Medical & Psychosocial Addiction Support Service (COMPASS), you will be responsible for outpatient treatment, assessments, and supervision of social work students. You will also participate in program design while addressing the needs of diverse clients. Evening group work will be required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment and group therapy services
• Support diverse clients across various programs
• Maintain electronic documentation thoroughly
• Oversee MSW students during their field placements
• Participate in internal and external educational sessions
Requirements:
• Master’s of Social Work (MSW) Degree
• Minimum 3 years direct clinical experience
• Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers
• Experience with LGBTQ2S populations
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
