In this role, you're pivotal in assessing emotional and behavioral issues, developing tailored treatment initiatives under a multidisciplinary framework. Working full-time, you'll be a resource for families navigating their challenges, utilizing both individual and group therapy methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive family assessments and treatment planning
• Provide individual and family mental health counseling
• Manage case reviews and coordinate community services
• Maintain organized client documentation
• Engage with professionals to ensure appropriate service delivery
Requirements:
• BSW or MSW with OCSWSSW eligibility
• Proven experience in youth mental health
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible scheduling to meet client needs
• Passion for improving the lives of families
