Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto is seeking two passionate individuals for a full-time temporary position. As a Community Settlement Worker, you will conduct needs assessments, facilitate group sessions, and develop outreach plans to enhance service accessibility. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive timely referrals and access to essential resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments for newcomer clients

• Facilitate group sessions addressing various needs

• Develop outreach plans to promote services

• Provide orientation and access to essential services

• Ensure timely referrals to community resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field

• 1–3 years of experience as a Settlement Worker

• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic)

• Skills in assessment, engagement, and case management

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
