This full‑time temporary position, based in Toronto, engages up to two enthusiastic individuals committed to supporting refugees.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs assessments for newcomer clients
- Facilitate group sessions addressing diverse needs
- Develop outreach plans to promote services
- Provide orientation and access to essential services
- Ensure timely referrals to community resources
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a Settlement Worker
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic)
- Skill in assessment, engagement, and case management
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
