Generations Toronto is a not-for-profit, inter-generational community where seniors, families, and individuals live and support one another. Our housing, care and community spaces create a model for culturally inclusive, community living that promotes healthy aging, intergenerational connection and a sense of belonging for all.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about Generations Toronto in-person within your community.
- Explain eligibility criteria and answer questions about the application process in-person.
- Offer reassurance and support to families with questions or concerns in-person.
- Document conversation details and follow‑up actions as required.
- Solid verbal communication and listening skills.
- Friendly and patient.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable speaking in-person.
- Ability to follow FAQ guidelines while personalizing conversations.
- Ability to speak in Farsi, Kutchi, Gujarati or other languages is an asset but not required.
