Intake and Referral Coordinator

In this full-time contract role, you will serve as the primary contact for individuals entering CNIB’s Come to Work program. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake assessments, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring accurate documentation of participant records. You will also connect participants to essential resources that align with their employment goals, making this role crucial for program success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process participant referrals effectively
• Conduct intake assessments to determine eligibility and goals
• Facilitate informative program orientation sessions
• Connect participants to internal and external supports
• Maintain confidentiality while managing participant information
Requirements:
• Experience in career assessments and intake processes
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
