Responsibilities- Delivering personalised support that builds independence
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting social activities and skill development
- Building positive relationships with participants and families
- Maintaining accurate records and protected practices
- Can‑do attitude
- Experience in disability work
- Creative thinking and teamwork skills
- Calm and confident in supporting people with complex behaviours

Must Haves- Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check)
- Provide two references
- Hold a current driver’s licence

- Other Community and Social Service Specialists
