Join Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Toronto as a Community Support Worker.
This role offers flexibility, a supportive team atmosphere, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in participants' lives.
We're looking for dedicated individuals to deliver personalized support between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires assisting with personal care and fostering independence while engaging with social activities. You will build positive relationships with participants and their families, all while maintaining accurate records and protected practices to ensure a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support promoting independence
• Assist participants with personal care needs
• Facilitate social activities and skill development
• Build positive relationships with families and participants
• Maintain accurate records of support activities
Requirements:
• Relevant checks: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC
• Two professional references required
• Hold a current driver’s license
• Experience in disability work is essential
• Can-do attitude with teamwork and creative problem-solving
