As a key member of the Supportive Housing Program, the Overnight Support Worker provides essential residential support from 10 PM to 6 AM or 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring a safe environment for clients with mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include crisis intervention and individual support to foster recovery. You will collaborate with Personal Support Workers, helping residents achieve their personal goals while maintaining a clean living space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overnight supervision and support to residents
• Assist clients with goal achievement and personal care
• Deliver crisis intervention and mental health support
• Document client interactions and report issues
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies
Requirements:
• Developmental or Social Service Worker qualification
• One year of relevant experience in mental health support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Vulnerable Sector Background Check clearance
Support individuals on their recovery journey and enhance community integration through dedicated overnight care at Madison.
