This full-time contract role requires managing participant referrals and ensuring a smooth onboarding process within the Come to Work program. You'll assess needs, provide guidance, and connect participants to the right program streams and services. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and review referrals for participants entering the program
• Conduct intake assessments to support appropriate placements
• Facilitate orientation sessions for new participants
• Coordinate additional support referrals as necessary
• Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in intake and assessment roles
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of career assessments and trauma-informed practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
