This permanent, full-time role invites applications from individuals with a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related fields. With a strong focus on supporting women facing homelessness and domestic violence, you’ll perform assessments, create action plans, and provide crisis intervention services. This position also involves liaising with various educational and community organizations to maximize program participation and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop comprehensive action plans

• Coordinate enrolment for academic upgrading and internships

• Provide advocacy and access to support services

• Manage crisis interventions and maintain a caseload

• Record client data as per program policies

Requirements:

• Master of Social Work or relevant Master’s degree

• Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers preferred

• Minimum two years of case management experience

• Strong counselling skills, especially with vulnerable populations

• Knowledge of community resources and conflict resolution
