Abiona Centre For Infant & Early Mental Health seeks a Family Support Facilitator to support pregnant and parenting young mothers aged 13-29. This critical role emphasizes a nurturing environment through individualized planning and the Canadian High Fidelity Wrap Around Service. Your expertise will contribute to building secure relationships and addressing diverse family needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide individualized planning for young parent families

• Implement High Fidelity Wrap Around facilitation

• Strengthen family units through community connections

• Conduct parenting and attachment-based psycho-education sessions

• Coordinate advocacy efforts across child welfare and healthcare

Requirements:

• Degree in Child and Youth Care or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years in family support work

• Knowledge of prenatal and early parenting needs

• Strong leadership and crisis management skills

• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification required
