Child & Youth Advocate at Boost CYAC

Boost CYAC is seeking two advocates to join the team in a pivotal role. You will work across multiple systems, offering assistance to children and youth as they navigate trauma and crisis. The position includes day and evening shifts on a rotating schedule and involves collaboration with various professionals to ensure holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support families during investigative interviews at Boost CYAC
• Greet clients and provide facility tours and informational sessions
• Conduct on-site and virtual check-ins for families
• Implement crisis intervention with multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in court preparation and provide backup accompaniment
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience with trauma victims
• Degree in social work or related field
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and cultural competency practices
• Understanding of the Child and Youth Advocacy Model
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
This role requires a deep commitment to advocacy, crisis management, and supporting vulnerable youth and families.
