Case Worker Concurrent Youth Unit

Become part of an inter-professional team within the Child, Youth & Family Services at CAMH, supporting youth aged 13-18 in achieving their goals. This role involves conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and facilitating programs using models such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop tailored care plans
• Facilitate groups and conduct family support sessions
• Monitor behavioral observations and document clinical findings
• Engage in crisis prevention and send youth to appropriate services
• Supervise Child and Youth professional students during shifts
Requirements:
• Three-year college diploma in Child and Youth Care
• Good standing membership in relevant associations
• Experience in addiction treatment programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural competence to serve diverse backgrounds
