Community Health Intake Coordinator

Support the Canadian Red Cross as a Community Health Intake Coordinator in the Toronto Region, focusing on client services and resource coordination. This position is vital for enhancing community wellbeing.

Working temporarily full-time, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, coordinating services, and ensuring accurate information is communicated.
