As part of the Employment Services team, the Employment Support Specialist provides essential support for job seekers in the Integrated Employment Services program. You'll offer personalized assistance with career exploration, skill assessments, and job search strategies to help clients achieve their employment goals. This position requires a blend of coaching and support to ensure clients maintain and advance in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group job search support sessions

• Provide career exploration and skills assessments

• Offer coaching for job readiness and interview preparation

• Maintain accurate client documentation and progress notes

• Support clients in accessing education and training resources

Requirements:

• University Degree or College Diploma in related field

• 1-2 years’ experience in Employment Services role

• Knowledge of EOIS CaMS and employment programs

• Ability to work with diverse populations

• Advanced computer skills and bilingual abilities preferred
