Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized trauma-informed support to residents

• Conduct client check-ins and wellness assessments

• Develop life skills such as budgeting and personal care

• Respond to crisis situations and provide emergency interventions

• Collaborate with community resources for client support

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work or equivalent

• 3 years experience in Mental Health or Supportive Housing

• Expertise in supportive counselling for complex cases

• Crisis intervention skills with strong problem-solving abilities

• First Aid/CPR certification and Police Sector check
