Bilingual Project Coordinator at TFTF

Elevate the educational experience for youth in the Greater Toronto Area as a Bilingual Project Coordinator with Today’s Flowers Tomorrow’s Fruits. This full-time role focuses on outreach and support for Black youth and their families.

TFTF aims to provide culturally affirming services enhancing positive experiences for children and youth in education. As a Project Coordinator, you will execute project objectives and deliver wrap-around services addressing health, self-identity, and systemic challenges faced by Black students. Key skills in outreach, community collaboration, and psychosocial support will be essential to facilitate comprehensive service access and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise awareness of the project in the GHTA

• Provide outreach and wrap-around support services

• Assess and connect legal advocacy needs

• Collaborate with schools and organizations

• Develop and facilitate workshops on life skills

Requirements:

• Degree in social work or related field

• 4 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in French required

• Experience with youth outreach and support

• Strong advocacy and communication skills
