Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments for newcomer clients
• Develop and implement personalized settlement plans
• Facilitate referrals to healthcare and settlement services
• Provide navigation assistance through complex systems
• Monitor the effectiveness of services and client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social service or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in settlement services
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ newcomers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of client data management systems
