As a Navigation & Resource Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Counselling & Support Services, directly assisting individuals, families, and communities in the Taylor Massey area. Your work will involve conducting clinical assessments, connecting clients with necessary resources, and providing therapeutic counseling. This role is vital for promoting wellbeing among vulnerable populations and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client and provider referrals efficiently

• Conduct psychosocial and clinical assessments

• Connect clients to community resources and supportive services

• Provide therapeutic counseling tailored to client needs

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

• Minimum 3 years experience in mental health and social services

• Registered Social Worker in good standing

• Strong case management and assessment skills

• Knowledge of theories of addiction and therapeutic interventions
