Social Worker in North West

Unison Health and Community Services seeks a dedicated Social Worker to support Afro-Caribbean and Black communities in Toronto. Engage in psychosocial assessment, therapy, and advocacy while collaborating with clients and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for diverse clients

• Advocate for individual and systemic client needs

• Perform comprehensive case management

• Collaborate with community agencies for client support

• Contribute to developing therapeutic programs

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Social Work

• Certification with Ontario College of Social Workers

• Experience in group work and community development

• 3-5 years direct therapy and youth work experience

• Bilingualism in English or African dialects is a plus
