Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate intake conversations with clients

• Complete strengths-and-needs-based family assessments

• Assist families in identifying and achieving goals

• Connect families to appropriate community resources

Requirements:

• In progress or completed program in social sciences

• Strong active listening and communication abilities

• Compassionate and organized demeanor

• Experience with families is beneficial

• Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check required
