Position: Project Coordinator for Black Youth Support
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of Black students as a Project Coordinator with Today’s Flowers Tomorrow’s Fruits. This full-time role focuses on community outreach and enhancing educational experiences.

In this position, you will implement TFTF’s objectives to provide comprehensive support to Black youth facing challenges in the education system. Your responsibilities will involve connecting families with vital social, emotional, and legal services while fostering strong collaborations with educational and community partners. Candidates should possess skills in outreach, advocacy, and program facilitation to effectively engage the youth and families served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage families in the Greater Toronto Area

• Provide social and legal support services

• Develop individualized service plans

• Implement workshops on conflict resolution

• Collect and maintain program statistics

Requirements:

• Degree in child and youth work or equivalent

• 4 years of related experience

• Strong understanding of the education system

• Proven ability to deliver community programs

• Fluency in French is mandatory
