Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate tenant move-ins and coordinate with housing teams
• Conduct wellness checks for habitability assessments
• Help program participants assess accommodation needs

• Keep accurate records of progress and case notes
Requirements:
• One year of experience within non-profit services
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with supportive housing models beneficial
• Valid California driver's license required
