Join us as a Mentorship Specialist for the B’not Sherut program. This role emphasizes mentorship and support for teens navigating educational initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will provide guidance to B’not Sherut participants while facilitating their educational journeys. This role involves regular team meetings to tackle challenges, planning the selection process, and ensuring logistical arrangements. Additionally, you will aid in their independent living and report progress to donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer individualized mentorship to participants
• Guide the implementation of educational initiatives
• Participate in team meetings to address challenges
• Manage interview and selection logistics
• Prepare reports on participant progress to Donors
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred in relevant fields
• Experience with Israeli teens in experiential education
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Hebrew
