Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized case management for clients
• Administer personal care and crisis response when necessary
• Advocate and liaise with service providers for client support
• Develop personalized life skills training programs
• Maintain documentation and client progress metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social services
• Hands-on experience with youth with developmental issues
• Certification in CPR and First Aid within 30 days
• Clean Class G Driver's License required
• Recent Police Check and Vulnerable Sector Search needed
