Position: Developmental Service Worker for Youth
Empower transitional aged youth with Springboard as a Developmental Service Worker in Toronto, ON. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals through effective program delivery and community integration.

This permanent role focuses on providing developmental services for youth transitioning from the child welfare system. You will collaborate on goal planning, support independent living, and deliver individualized programming. Flexibility is key, as shifts vary from morning through evening to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on goals and strategies with individuals supported

• Support service delivery aligned with individualized goal plans

• Implement life skills programs to promote independence

• Facilitate community outings and recreational activities

• Manage crisis response and behavioral interventions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Social/Developmental Services

• Two years of direct experience with developmental disabilities

• Valid CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care practices
