In this role, you will work as a Client Program Worker to deliver impactful programs for diverse age groups. You’ll facilitate recreational and educational workshops aimed at enhancing residents' skills and wellbeing. This position allows for flexible shifts, covering various locations within Toronto’s shelters as needed while offering a meaningful contribution to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate activities and workshops for residents
• Monitor participant safety during all programs
• Document attendance and required reports
• Design engaging materials for programming
• Liaise with residents and community organizations
Requirements:
• Experience delivering support to diverse age groups
• Strong ability to organize workshops and activities
• Knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act
• Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Flexible working hours, including weekends
