In this full-time position, your role will encompass comprehensive case management along with the delivery of employment services tailored to individual client needs. With a strong emphasis on creating action plans and assessing eligibility, you'll guide approximately 150 clients on their career journeys while collaborating with community partners and local employers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments for employment program suitability
• Manage caseload documentation and client progress
• Host workshops on job readiness and skills training
• Strengthen partnerships with employers for job placements
• Provide follow-up support to clients as needed
Requirements:
• Degree in Career Counselling or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of case management
• Knowledge of local labor markets and resources
• Proven coaching abilities with complex clients
• Proficiency in social media and CRM platforms
