As a member of the Turning Point Youth Services team, you will work directly with clients, utilizing a strengths-based approach to foster positive change. This on-site position demands critical skills in communication, administration, and client care, essential for meeting the mental health needs of youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish therapeutic relationships with youth clients
• Provide direct supervision and care in a live-in program
• Maintain accurate client records and privacy compliance
• Implement life skills and recreational programming
• Communicate effectively with families and partners
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Child & Youth Work or Social Work
• Relevant experience in child and youth care
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and Understanding Aggressive Behavior
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
