Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth bio-psychosocial assessments of patients

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent

• Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends if needed
