As a vital member of the team, you will report to the Tenant Engagement and Services Supervisor and work closely to ensure tenant vulnerability is effectively addressed. Responsibilities include providing support for tenancy management, coordinating services, and facilitating community engagement events.
Your role is essential in guiding seniors towards maintaining secure and flourishing tenancies while participating actively in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support onboarding of new tenants with necessary documentation
• Organize integrated meetings to resolve tenancy issues
• Provide crisis intervention and support for daily living skills
• Monitor ongoing tenant needs through direct contact
• Log and document actions in compliance with policies
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience with vulnerable populations
• College degree in social work or a related area
• Experience in crisis intervention and case management
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Understanding of anti-oppression principles and housing services
