Position: Employment Counsellor Role

As a key contributor in this one-year contract position, you will deliver personalized counselling and assessments to clients navigating job searches and career transitions.

Your role includes monitoring client progress, coordinating with the Job Development team, and ensuring timely service improvements. Your background in social services will enable you to advocate effectively for clients' employment success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualised employment counselling and assessments

• Develop service plans and coordinate interventions

• Maintain thorough client documentation and follow-ups

• Assist clients with resume preparation and job search strategies

• Foster partnerships to expand service opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ counselling experience

• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with case management software

• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
