As a crucial part of the Workforce Development Team, this role focuses on case management, employment counselling, and job development activities for clients facing challenges in finding work. You will assist in goal setting, job opportunity exploration, and building essential skills such as resume writing and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop action plans with clients

• Locate job opportunities and contact potential employers

• Collaborate with training facilitators for client support

• Facilitate workshops and information sessions

• Maintain detailed client records and manage data

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Social Services or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in employment services

• Experience with vulnerable job seekers

• Strong digital literacy and communication skills

• Knowledge of employment-related practices and resources
