Youth Program Support Specialist in Ontario

Become a key player with The Career Foundation as a Youth Program Support Specialist in Ontario.

Your role will focus on engaging youth participants, especially from equity-deserving groups, through workshops and community projects.

In this full-time position, you'll support the national Youth Thrive program based in North York. This role involves presenting program details, conducting assessments, and developing personalized service plans for youth aged 16 to 30. Your organizational skills will be vital as you'll ensure data integrity and maintain critical records while achieving program targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present program information engagingly to youth participants

• Conduct thorough assessments and intakes

• Develop tailored service plans for youth volunteer placements

• Ensure accurate documentation and data management

• Conduct on-site visits to partner facilities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 2 years of program administration experience

• Experience with underserved youth preferred

• Valid Ontario G driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong organizational and communication skills
