Manitoba Possible is seeking an Employment Development Specialist to deliver comprehensive employment services throughout the province. You will engage in pre-employment counselling, job search techniques, resume development, and job placement. Collaborate with employers while advocating for inclusive workplaces and providing administrative support for Northern Employment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist participants in preparing for and securing employment

• Represent participants to employers and facilitate job placements

• Provide on-site and off-site follow-up support to participants

• Network within the community to identify barriers to employment

• Maintain up-to-date files on each participant using the agency's database

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field with 2-3 years experience

• Knowledge of disabilities and job accommodations

• Proficient in resume development and job search techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
