In this one-year contract role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver culturally sensitive services to clients facing various barriers, including newcomers and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities include providing individual employment counseling, facilitating workshops, managing files, and developing partnerships with local employers. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one and group employment counseling

• Facilitate workshops for client market readiness

• Advocate for clients and assist with resource access

• Maintain an organized caseload and reporting

• Build relationships with community partners and employers

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or 5 years of experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of job search processes and resources

• Experience with IES or Employment Ontario programs preferred

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
