You will leverage your education and experience to lead harm reduction initiatives funded by the City of Toronto. This role is critical in reaching vulnerable populations, enhancing their access to essential care and education. Your impactful work will help create inclusive communities and promote healthier lives through education and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on overdose prevention strategies
• Distribute and collect harm reduction supplies
• Create workshops tailored to community needs
• Foster partnerships with community organizations
• Ensure timely reporting and data management
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years in community health or related fields
• Experience with marginalized populations
• Strong skills in peer recruitment and training
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
