In this position, you will utilize your Master’s degree to provide case management support to women in the Homeward Bound program. Your expertise in creating action plans and facilitating education and training will help participants overcome challenges. You will also coordinate with various social services to enhance their paths towards steady employment and housing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments to identify client needs
• Develop and implement tailored case plans
• Collaborate with community colleges for participant success
• Assist clients in navigating support services and resources
• Maintain comprehensive records and gather required data
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers preferred
• At least two years’ relevant experience
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
• Effective communication and documentation skills
