In this vital role, you will be responsible for strategic leadership in managing housing and support programs for youth. Work closely with the Director, Youth Housing to design initiatives aimed at ending youth homelessness through comprehensive support and stability. This position requires an equity-focused mindset and a commitment to dismantling barriers within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead programming to prevent youth homelessness
• Collaborate with local housing authorities
• Manage program operations for youth engagement
• Develop funding and program evaluation strategies
• Foster community partnerships for inclusive support
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline
• Extensive experience with underserved youth communities
• Management experience in a non-profit organization
• Knowledge in trauma-informed practices and harm reduction
• Strong interpersonal and community-building skills
